Waking up and going to sleep while gazing at the beautiful ocean is a priceless experience at this hotel. The rooms didn't match the pictures but offer a unique ocean view worth more than the $460 nightly rate. The designated pool area adds to the charm of the stay.

The hotel is completely open to the beautiful ocean, so nice to wake up and go to sleep to, but the rooms were disappointing with filthy sofas and floors, and curtains that kept falling down. It was not very kid-safe for our small children.

If you don't mind being away from the crashing waves, then this place might be great for you. The rooms vary from single bedrooms to doubles. Overall, the unit wasn't in the best condition but it could work for children. The location is ocean-side with a beautiful view from the condo and close to many restaurants, away from the busy boardwalk but near everything you need.
